Wesley Kelman joined the Pawa firm in January 2011. Mr. Kelman previously worked for the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s regional office in Boston and for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York. After graduating from Yale Law School in 2000, he clerked for Judge Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Justice Warren Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court. He also was a volunteer foreign clerk for President Aharon Barak of the Supreme Court of Israel. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
